E.F. Sprite poses request!

Hello Everyone.
I'm asking for help with sprites
Since I'm good only at recoloring.
Alright here it is.

This picture shows it all.Alright i'll start explaining
right now.
1.The guy with the blue bandana.Recolor it.The same as the one
like the guy with red bandanna(It's already recolored)
2.Do you see the swords there?Make it a little small so
at least it would fit in to the chara.Once it is small enough
put the sword on the battle positioned chara.
3.Make front and back battle poses for the chara.
4.After that...you're done.

Ahh....this is all it.So if you're confused don't hesitate
to ask me.

You should be a bit nicer and that is a jpg. pictre so no one is gonna do it unless you fix it.

No it jsut saounded like you were demanding it. Um, resave it as bmp if you haven't already, and uplaod it to imageshack, it resaves it as PNG and that is the best format.

Hmm...I'm kinda lazy for a lil bit.(My internet is really irritating me.)

Well actually my computer doesn't save as .png so thats what I have to do. My labto does but I'm not making sprites on there too hard with out an actual mouse.

O and maximumcarnage can you explain what you mean on #3 the front ad back poses? Like with the sword or what> ANd is the swordgoing on the battle chara and the walking sprites?

Well...actually you'll need to sprite the front and back poses
of the chara with the sword.Yes with the sword.
It'll be a charaset,Sir corey.that's why i want the sword to be smaller
in size.I hope that explains everything.Sorry for late

Just asking, how do you recolour sprites? Can you teach me how? Will be very useful in getting the necessary sprites I need in the long run.

This is off-topic...But i don't know how to
explain this.I know to recolor.But i don't
know how to explain this to you.Well...
If a sprite has 3 colors Dark Medium and light.
Choose the color of your choice.Then replace the dark color
of the chara with the dark color of your choice...and so on...
I hope this helps...Even though you may not understand.

Well alrighty, I just need to make a charaset of that  posed battle character?  Just standing there right? I want to get it perfect on the first try, instead of doing it over and over

Is there a particular program that you use or recommend for the job? (Hopefully it's a freeware)

'Cause I think I'll understand better if you tell me the progam (and I can also tinker with it till I get it).

Err...works with any program bro.
For me i use MSPaint.And corey... is the sword small now.
Once ya finished everything post it...obviously...

You see this picture?Please recolor it like what i said on no.1(Red Bandanna and Black Pants righT?)Then instead of an axe replace it with the sword...Kindly fix the sword too.Do not shorten it.It's just that the blade is on the wrong side.That's it.
If you have'nt done anything on my first request please do
