Well, they all look great, but your Pikachu has some strange level of cuteness (might be in his ears) that is usually reserved for Pichu.

I'm fine with the shape. Let me be be less subtle: His ears are Pichu ears. Make them be Pikachu ears, then undo, and give him a Pichu tail. Half the work, twice the Pi.

I still say that it's the body shape, though.

Pikachu's head and body are the same width, whereas Pichu's head is bigger.
