The Leader of GRIM Civil Protection Services is Felona Mina Watson;
Born in the Chicago, Illinois; Felona was born as the only female out of her 3
younger siblings, who are currently captured by Omni. She started GRIM Civil Protection
Services, when her husband Marcis died by the hand of the Omni leader:KITH.
She later decided to try and patch things up with COG; it worked, COG was later overrun by Omni Troops,
and the remaining COG soldiers joined GRIM Civil Services.
