As Meis JesusIs brought up Saber, I have answer with Rider. She's pretty, simply put. I also like how she's developed, seeing as she's [spoiler]a very unique take on Medusa[/spoiler]. Also, I am a big fan of SaberXRider, no thanks to a Japanese doujin called 'Papilon Protenor'. ^_^

Also: Tsukihime, and the anime (which nobody thinks exists--it does). Arcueid is my favorite; she's also a unique take, only on vampires, without all of the rampant crap of Twilight. A decent explanation of why she can take sunlight? Check (she can because she's actually part of the earth--being in sunlight, however, makes her more vulnerable to conceptual attacks, like Shiki's Mystic Eyes of Death Perception). Reason why she doesn't drink blood? Check (True Ancestors have a 'perfect' immortality, requiring no food or sleep, IIRC. Arcueid is cursed with a thirst, [spoiler]no thanks to Roa[/spoiler], but she's kept it under control for the past 800-or-so years. [spoiler]Her resolve was weakened by Shiki killing her, but the 'good' endings with her have her avoiding any instance of blood-drinking. The bad endings.....yeah...[/spoiler]. Good personality? Check--she's actually quite an airhead, for such a smart person (and can sometimes come off as a bit annoying--she also doesn't have that crappy 'uber-smexy-take-me-now' vibe that other vampires have).

Also: Ni-pah!. And catgirls--I friggin LOVE catgirls!
