i can make most of the thing's that
i don't have  most of the skill's needed to finish of what
i make i will need but may need some one's help to make it all work
in a character or chip set  in time
i  will be posting up what i need making
we have a full year to get thing's made
if you help me your name's will be at the end of the game's
so we know who made what and when as
i will keep a note book with your name's in it
in the game if you help me in the past pm with your name
and what you help me with as  time to time
i forget your name's or move older posting's 
and posting do get moved around or lost when the site get's updated

I might be able to make one of these guys, but it'll have to be in my spare time.

So, you need the bird. The guy with the plank and the guy with the basket?

Do you want the bird in water, on land or on a pole?
Do you want the guy to shoulder that thing with the birds on?
Do you want the guy to wear the basket?

Should the guy in the charset carry the pole like in the picture?

yes as the birds site on the pole
when he get of the boat to go home he let the bird site on the pole
they have  a rope around the neck to stop them eating the fish
then when they get he moves the rope so they can eat rice
if you can make the birds like in the 1st pic black gray feathers with  yellow beak

I've been to china so I've seen them in action actually.

I'll get on it.

oh, btw. Do you want me to edit the bird in the charset or make a new one+

Okay, I did the birds, walking and swimming.
I did the other guy.
I did the guy with the basket.
I tried to make the first with the pole but I just can't figure out how.

I'm out of ideas for the pole pose.
I could just add a pole but the walking sprites would be hard to make for you in the maker.
If I just add the pole then it will probably take 1-3 "tiles"
