True, but I had deleted the game a while back to make room on my hard drive.

I really should invest in a larger one, since mine keeps filling up too fast. Half of the XBLA games I own aren't even on my HDD at this time due to space issues.

I know she's hot but she's underage prison is not a fun place I hear.

Buying computer parts online (newegg) is far cheaper than going to a place such as Best Buy.

DO NOT GO SEE DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION AND DON'T DARE BUY THEIR PSP GAME WHAT THE DID TO DRAGONBALL WAS UNCALLED FOR!

Darn, Archem, you really dropped the ball...

Believe it or not, but the top part of a CD is more important than the bottom part. Scratches on the top will make a CD more likely to be unreadable than scratches on the bottom.

I feel bad for some innocent kid looking for a gaming site and coming across this.
You have no idea how often I think that.

Haha, true. When I got here I was 12. Think about how traumatized I was.

We have therapists for that..... on vacation.

Most computers rendered 'useless' by a virus could be saved by searching the web for a list of common files for the virus and deleting them using some DOS prompt.

really there is no reason for a 12 year old to have unmonitored internet access.

I also have some issues with minors being able to post videos of themselves online. Or pictures for that matter.

Case in point...

"Stop calling me a homo"
and every under-16 who ever posts any kind of  monologue online.
Seriously, what kind of parent liets their kid do that?!? there needs to be laws.
Kids are stupid and need to be sheltered until they are old enough to know
"U ARE A FGT AND SHOULD KILL YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU ARE A FAT PIECE OF NIGGR SH!T"
Is not to be taken seriously.

I could rant forever about that.

I don't know much about real life, so forgive this list of gaming-related objects I'm about to post:

- Lavos' actual core in the final fight is actually on the right, not in the center. Defeating it will kill all three of them instantly.

- If you do not fire immediately when fighting Crash Man (MM2) or Skull Man (MM4), they will do nothing to attack you; Crash man will endlessly pace while Skull Man will stare you down, especially if you stay still as well.

Good robot masters to start on in the games:
MM1 - Bomb man or Cut man
MM2 - Metal man or Flash man
MM3 - Top man or Snake man (Note that the weaknesses in this game are actually two separate circuits)
MM4 - Bright man
MM5 - Gravity man
MM6 - Flame man
MM7 - Not Junk man
MM8 - Tengu man
MM9 - Galaxy man or Concrete man

- In older games, Sonic moves faster when spinning and with a running start. However, especially apparent in Sonic Advance 2, Sonic will be able to move faster if he is on foot. In theory, it does make it a bit more balanced, since he's vulnerable when running instead of rolling.

- In Toribash, it is sometimes advisable to become flacid when taking hits, so as to reduce the number of points the opponent gains when hitting you. Rigid joints are more likely to break, anyway.

- In Trackmania, map a second button to the brake other than the down arrow. This way, you can press both the gas and the brake with two keys (far enough from one another, so it's not awkward) in order to drift around tight corners. In addition, some tracks in TM are designed to be taken at full speed throughout, so if there's some doubt as to if you can make a turn, just try it out. Not hesitating can cut off a lot of time from your run.

- In Fraxy, you can rapidly tap the right mouse button to move very quickly in bursts.
You can also stack up several weapons into your different slots. This trait is most useful with the shield and scatter-shot items; several shields can virtually keep you constantly protected, while the scatter-shot can all be shot successively in order to make a deadly wall of bullets.
Sitting your ship in the glowing core of a powerup your enemy leaves for long enough will charge your ship with OVER-SOLL power, letting you fire faster and without energy loss. You're not invincible, however, so shields are quite advisable.

- Keep a piece of paper around when playing adventure games. Especially if it's Myst.

- In God of War (at least the 1st one... I think), you can use a launcher attack on an enemy (hold triangle, but not long enough so you don't jump), then begin tapping circle to repeatedly smash the enemy against the ground until they're dead.

- Apparently, the item you get if you lose to Setzer in KH2 is much better than the default prize...

- In Morrowind and Oblivion, the Atronach is decisively the best birthsign. For any class, since there is a very high probability you won't take damage from magic.

- Crash Bandicoot moves ever so slightly faster when hopping. This is most apparent in chasing sequences.

- Koopa Mario in SMB3 does not take damage from fireballs.

- DO NOT leap up to grab different masks in Kid Chameleon if you are Micromax (The Fly dude); there is a possibility you will phase through the block you got the mask from and die instantly if you are too high.

- The biggest roadblock to playing DDR properly is learning that you do not need to return your feet to the center of the pad after every arrow. By just leaving your feet on their previous locations will save you movement  of a foot to its next spot on the pad.

- With proper timing, once can jump upon havok-enabled objects by standing on them, jumping, then grabbing onto the item, letting go at the right time, then jumping on the object again and repeating the process. I've seen it done in Half Life 2 and Oblivion, but other games that use havok and give you the ability to interact with objects might be able to let you do this as well.

- In Chrono Cross, attacks of a certain innate will be more powerful if the field is all one color.

- The jump ability in Spore can enable you to dodge incoming melee attacks from other creatures.

I think things got progressively worse around the time that us '05ers showed up. We made a lasting mark.

Me in particular. It seems that 90% of post on Charas nowadays are by me, about me, or off-topic because of me.

Bears are attracted to minty toothpaste

The # is called an octothorpe

EDIT: Also, the reason why it's called the pound sign, is because it's the official sign for lbs.
Go figure

Not exactly true.

It is because, in england, a single £ used to represent 1lb of pure silver.
