No it is not usable. JPEG format ruins the sprites.

Only 1 of them is Jpms and i didn't make ALL of them. I ripped about halve of them to make it more useful but is that really bad.

Anyway, Jpegs are evil, avoid them. I don't think RPG Maker even accepts Jpegs.
