That works, but Idraw3 will just approximate the colors on the object you pasted with the colors in the palette you have loaded. And sometimes it makes wonky decisions, like turning a brown into purple, just because the purple it has available is slightly more similar in tone than any of the browns available.

Oh yeah! Lol I forgoten about that since I use MS paint for just about everything, but recoloring. For that I use Game Maker's sprite editer.

I love that thing.

Also, I like how you misspelled MS Paint as MS Pain.
Awesome.

that's a good nickname though.
when you stay up till 2 am working on there Pain's really a suiting name.

so, I'm going to go find Irfanview and the game maker sprite editor (if you can download it separately) I don't think it came with mine when I downloaded it so we'll see.
I think I'm really getting into spriting now. even if it's kind of useless, it's something where I don't have a set goal but it keeps me busy.

also, I've been working on a 'tales of..' style battle template
the female one is coming along quite nice. but the male might take a little longer, I never feel like I do male characters justice.

****, I think I just set a goal...

I hope you finish it so the darn n00bs can use it and stop distracting some of our good spriter by trying to make
them resize posses that can't be resized properly......Plus I love that style. i just hate the limited about of colors.. _sweat_

HAI PURPS U EVER FIX CMAN?

Fix, It needed fixing? Are you talking about the brown feather thing Lucas mentioned?
Or was it something else?

Oh, the right wing?
Well I didn't have any art to look on while I made it. Most of your threads or such including it have broken links or something.
I'll fix it though I guess.

Attached is a somewhat complete battle character, still gotta add some more regular spear poses, then gotta make, my piston driven spear poses(that sheet will be seperate)

But how do you like it so far? two death poses, and two victory poses, the one with the girl is sorta explained in my bio. Its the character's wife. (mainly my wife, she wanted to be in the game, but only wanted to show a little, so yeah.....)

Looking good.

On a different note. I'm using battle animations for attacks and such myself. I hate being cramped into that small space.
