Error code with reflect, need help

ok, since i updated rpg maker 2003, everytime a monster has a reflect on and one of my chars use a single target magic, i get a code violation that says .... "Access violation in module RPG_RT.exe in with address 0049C652 and offset 0000000C of type Read occurred"

ive messed and messed and messed and i found that it only does that when my heroes uses a single target spell on the enemy, nothing else, target all foe spells work fine and my foes single target on my heroes reflection work, its just when my heroes use single target spells on my monsters.

Anyone know what i can do?

I remember that I got this same error about 2 years back. I can't recall what I did though.

i thank you greatly for the effort to help me, would love to have my reflect function back cause it kinda screwed over one my games >.<

sorry for double posting but, kinda got a hint, would the RPG_RT.exe file be it, maybe i could change it? like get one from a diff version?
