Same, I grow incredibly tired of hearing mainstream music over and over. Hip-hop/rap is everything here, same songs too. About 4 or 5 that they play all the time.

And they're all proud about the rhymes they made, as if it required any real talents...

What busts my chops about hip-hop is the fact that no one involved in the genre seems to want to do anything creative. Every song is about the same things. How many rappers have informed us that they are in fact the greatest? How many seem convinced that a woman's ability to shake that thing is almost mind-blowingly superhuman? How many references to making it "rain in the club" and recycling the same lyrics from song to song?

But I guess there's no incentive, because the public loves being fed the same crap year after year.

I hate it when they take a good music and turn it into some rap-****.

An example is "She's Like the Wind".

And worse, the lyrics are modified so it's not
"Just a fool to believe I have anything she needs"
but
"Just a fool to believe she has anything I need"

Seriously. If you want to create some ****, at least don't use other musics to do so.
