Dragon Ball Z
« on: August 22, 2009, 06:50:10 PM »
I was wondering, what are your thoughts about it? Its the best thing ever done, imo, but other people might have different opinions.
And what are your favorite sagas? For me the frieza one is the best, and then the sayan saga. The cell one is nice, but not as good as those (but it did end in a pretty cool way). Buu saga is not half as awesome as any of the others.

I am also downloading all the episodes of DBZ, currently at 40. I am telling people I do it so my brother can watch it, but really, its just an excuse for me to watch it all over again. (yes I am a nerd with no life)

Back when I was 14 or so, and there was nothing else to watch, I liked it. Obviously, it held my attention when I was actually trying to follow the plodding storyline that would advance approximately 1 step per episode.

Dragon Ball Z has the worst continuity ever yet its one of my favoritest shows. I like all the sagas in their own way.

You know that it was made in Japan, and after that, the whole world saw it, right?

He said animie, I have no idea what it is, but apparently, DBZ is one of them.

I'm sorry, I thought this was the Powerpuff Girls Z thread.

We need one of those. Freakin raw entertainment.

The thread, not the show.

But yeah, for me, DBZ is like the Cold War: much trash talk and staring down, very little actual fighting.

It was mildly entertaining to me when I was like 9. It's really nothing spectacular though, looking back.

Kinda sad considering its not a show ment for kids. In the uncut version there's exploding heads and nudity.

DBZ is amazing. I really like it, and although I haven't watched it since I was 13... it's still very cool. Well animated, etc., etc.
