Landscapes and Sketches from Jek
« on: August 29, 2009, 09:11:59 PM »
Over the years I have constantly improved with practice. Here is my most recent art, alot better than back then.

This island took about two hours to make. I used GIMP. It was a request for an Engine/Map 001 game called Gongo warrior.

I made this in iScribble in about half an hour. My reference was a picture I took in British Columbia, Canada.

I made these out of boredom. I forget where, but it was an online picture chat thingy.

Nicely done.

Ah, the GIMP.  Wonderful program.  I still use MS Paint more, though.

The Island is a tad too covered in fog for my taste.
The landscape is pretty cool.
And the sketches are too...sketchy for my taste, but you definitely know how to proportion...at least more than I do, at least.

An interesting style, but not really applicable to much.

Nice.
Photoshop is better than GIMP though.
And they are both free, if you dont mind stealing.

Lucy and Photoshop forever.

It's got a very rough look, but it's clean enough that I don't see a need to complain.

WTF?
