RPG_RT is what u click on to start the game

When i'm programing the game, i want to know about stats and levels..

What are the stats? Is it already made when a character gains a level, the stats automaticaly boosts? Or do i have to do this? Etc..

Edit: Okay, i've downloaded RPG Maker, and so far, i'm confused. If anyone out there can help x.x now is ze time. And i guess i can't put all does complicated spells (Astral Summon, 6th sense, etc.)

There is not much I can say other then "play around with stuff"

As for complicated spells, you can do them... but they take extra effort.
