http://charas-project.net/charas2/index.php lets you create character sets, but the generator is setup only to make ones that follow RPG Maker 2000 and 2003's style, not XP's. Since it's all use-generated content and XP was never popular at this site, we didn't have enough resources to start an XP generator.
