Apparently Lego is designing an MMOG(NO this isn't a dream like the brawl patch even though it sounds like a dream coming true!)
You can create your own characters, build worlds, vehicles and a lot of stuff while fighting the forces of chaos.
Check it out, you can contribute with quick creations and stuff.

Why didn't we get these kind of things when we were kids?

This is ridiculous.

EDIT: Also, the site admits itself that it isn't an RPG per-say.
It sounds to me a lot like spore, but with a more multiplayer aspect.

I admit being too lazy to check out what it looks like... but I always loved Lego's, so if it's free and my computer can handle it, there's a high chance that I will try it.

Or of course, I might stop being lazy and actually check if it seems worthwhile before anything else.

I've been waiting for this. It's brilliant. Quick breakdown: It plays like an action platformer, but with a ton of other people and a massive, open world. So it looks to be similar to the Lego games that have been coming out over the years, but MMO-styled. You can build your own things, too. I think there might be a lot of pre-build segments, but still, you can make them, and after it's approved by the moderation, you can show it off to the rest of the world.

Now, it's gonna be a retail game (so it's not free, Cerebus), and it'll be PC-only. I can't wait. I hope that there's a small/no subscription for this. I guarantee that I'll be playing this, but I'll hate never having money for lunch if it's costing me every month to play.

Pretty damn awesome.
Once its out I l see if theres a way to pirate it, and pirate servers to play. If yes, I will. =D

Or maybe if its not too expensive and theres no monthly fee, I buy it. Cant play **** with monthly fees since I dont get any money other than christmas.
If you can pirate WoW servers, then you'll probably be able to pirate this.
Or not, if nobody really cares.

People need to develop and emulator for the game to be able to make private servers. This usually takes a long time, and the interest has to be there.
