(RM2003) Problems with arrow keys

Hello, I seem to be having a problem with playing games made in RM2003. The arrow keys don't seem to work properly. The Up key doesn't work at all and it seems as if it's constantly going up and left. My arrow keys work fine in the editor and everywhere else, but not in the game.

Have you tried it on a different computer?

Is it the same map in the test play and the game?

I've played different games with the same problem. It's obviously a problem with the program or something, but I have no idea.
