Sin City Styled Battle Chara

No really. This is my last request (I hope...)
I need one last battle chara done. Bellow is the charaset. Yes, I made him (sorta. I stringed together 4 different people to make him).
I can't seem to find a battle chrset that resembles him, and I'm only good at mixing/editing/touching up previously made anythings. So if someone could create this in battle chara form, that would be greatly apreciated.

Style: RTP
Victory Style: Fist Pump in the air 
Other notes: He is skinny, and hair is indeed in a ponytail. His idle stance should be rather chill, and he looks tired all the time.



Also, I dunno where I should post this, but if anyone comes across a chip/charset that doesn't have a clear background in the game, (you know, the charsets background color is, lets sayyyy purple, and then in the game that background is still there?), I can fix that for you, so it doesn't show in the game. It's the least I can do ._.

Or as in the character? His name is Jack Goodman, an original character. Sin city styled as in tie, eyes, and hair are the only things in color (might as well say he's really pale with a tuxedo xDDD)
