Im gonna keep this short and sweet bros. I know Ive said this before, but I knew I wasn't serious then. I was saying it out of negativity then, which holds no merit.

My password has been changed to jibberish & forgotten. I was a highly ineffective admin. I love all you guys
Real life beckons. I have had to re-think how I spend my internet time. Its a great tool. And during my time spent here, I never really used it as a tool, so much as an outlet for escape.
I made myself quit refreshing charas and 4chan and deviantart and insert site here... I made myself use all the stuff I learned from you guys, and those guys, and make a life out of it.
The less time I spend indulging the brain numbing cycle of my internet habits, the better life gets.  Instead of drawing logos and sprites and comics and banners to kill time, Im now making art that real people with money are interested in, for a living. Things are changing in every aspect of my life. Big stuff. Changing my name. Turns out Im not even a white guy (who knew).Im not famous, nor am I hugely successful (quite broke. who knew renting studios and such would cost so ****ing much), but Im finally heading in the direction I know I should be.. I owe much to you guys. You got me through some shitty times, when I didnt even know the times were shitty. I thank you for this.
Ive left this place of stuff. Some of you will likely stay in touch with me. Im developing more of a web presence (trying to) to promote my shows and whatnot, and as such, if any of you like, I can be found on Twitter, or Tumblr or Facebook. Drop a line if you like.

I figured you were departing, friend, and am glad that you decided to give us a nice farewell instead of just vanishing. Seriously, I really appreciate it. It sounds like you’re doing well for yourself. Living the dream, as it is.

But don’t knock the internet that bad. Even if you see it as somewhat of an escape, it was still you doing things you liked. Who knows how all those activities you were using to “kill time” developed you as a person. Even if its not the only reason you are now becoming a professional artist, it was an important link in the chain, just like all links are.

If things are ever less sunny, and you feel a bit down on your luck, remember you’ve got some bros over here on this corner of the internet. And any admin can change your password to make the old account usable again. Just sayin'.

This is sad day! Perhaps it's selfish of me, but I really don't want to see you go. As good as things are turning out for you, we'll all be knocked down a peg without you. One less, says the sinking ship. It's great to hear that things are coming together for you, but cutting ties with the parts of the internet that make such an impact seems to be a bit foolish, perhaps even shortsighted.

Still, I can't change your mind, and I'd never want to make you revert to a lousy state of being, so I'll just say "Good bye". If you ever want back in the club, remember what Sai said about your password.
