So I just found out that there was an E3 some weeks back. Go figure.

How did I miss this? Is my videogamenerd senses failing me?

Anyway. Is anyone looking forward to anything they presented? You missed anything? What should we put on our wishing lists?

Well Nintendo didn't have anything that really interested me.  Pikmin 3 for WiiU.  2 new super mario bros.  A new castlevania for the 3ds. 

I personally wanted to see something for a new 3DS zelda, more information on Fire Emblem and Monster Hunter 4.  And i was hoping for a Golden Sun 4 cuz dammit they left me with that last scene and they need to amp up the difficulty of combat and puzzles; I say screw all the new gamers who want easy stuff!!

Assassin's Creed 3 and Resident Evil 6 look very, very nice. Those were the only games that interested me.

Someone stole my dragon's dogma RE6 demo download, so I hadda watch stupid E3 for it.

Nothing else looks any good imo. New FE looks so00000000 lame.

The Wii U is looking mighty sexy. Ubisoft seems to have some cool new games in the works. A new Need For Speed that should have been titled "Burnout Paradise 2" due to the unbelievable similarities.

The rest looked like nonsense. Maybe the new Unreal Engine was cool. Maybe that new Square-Enix engine was cool. I can't tell without any actual gameplay footage from a real game. Tech demos don't mean squat to me.

Just watched a trailer for playstation allstars battle royal. Am I the only one feeling that they are doing a super smash of their own just no nostalgic characters at all? I mean, I'm a gamer so I know like the name of those characters shown but beside that they are rather uninteresting.

The problem with that idea is that Sony has very few franchises with as big of staying power as Nintendo.
I mean, for me, personally, epic nostalgia (from what I've heard), but Crash Bandicoot and Ratchet duking it out isn't even going to come close to Link and Samus.

No mention of a new Mario Kart on Wii U yet. New council, new Kart. That's the rule. Until then I won't care.

Asked around. None seems awfully hyped about playstation allstars battle royal. Mostly because of the rumour that all the cool characters backed out since they are in their own company's fighting games. Y'know stuff like Namco vs capcom and whatnot.
