I agree.  It looks nice.  It's still simple and it's not laden down with images like a lot of sites seem to feel nessecary these days...  And there's still no frames!

heh...  Caught me off guard personally.  When I seen it I went "AH!" and almost dived behind my chair.  I had come here for some other totally unrelated purpose but the radical change jolted it out of my memory.  Now excuse me, I'm going to go gouge out my eyes because...

Actual purpose of this post:  I just seen some newb post a bitmap.  Is there any way to change the forum code to not allow uploading of bitmaps?  Apparently large glaring red letters with flashing lights and sirens isn't enough for some people.

Well, i added an experimental code to block posting while attaching a file with BMP extension.
This is a temp solution, maybe in future i'll try somethng which analize file contesnts to be sure it really is (or not) a bitmap.
Please try to post a bitmap somewhere and let me know if it works.
And remeber to delete your post after testing

R U talking about Forum banner or Charas banner?

If Forum banner {
     maybe still in progress, look for Reain's thread about it.

If Charas banner {
     It's just a simple idea of X.
     I like it, evenif we may want to place a banner where the big red "Charas" is placed.

No, I don't mean that. I mean, the left navigation bar was white, but it isn't anymore. And the background in the forums WAS white.
