Ok, first test page created.

It is really simple, only the proposal of Gary written in a form.
Graphical layout will be surely changed, anyhow it is a first try
What i have in mind: creating a place for users to rate different categories.
I think access will be done via the Forum's login-password, to avoid double rates. Changes will be possible, but erasing the old ones.
Now, again: what do you think of this possible implementation?
Do you think should be better to leave free fields (as they're now) or to limit the choice using select boxes?
And, in this last case, who will define the possible option values?

P.S.: the form online does nothing, right now.

Hehehe, well, it seems that an old idea gets forgotten soon. Anyways, since I don't see any plans for a new contest, why not kicking up the old awards?
