Soul Vampire

My new game, Soul Vampire, is about a half-Vampire who constantly has to eat souls to live. It's MUCH deeper than that, but I don't wanna give any details. A demo should be out soon. As of now, I have some screens.

From what I see in the screens.. Allen thinks they need some work. The rooms seem to bare end empty, and.. might just be me.. but the two houses on the top in the town looked.. err.. kinda flat.. for some reason.

The floor in third screen blinded me.. o_o


I think the idea of the game is.. interesting though..

That's not the whole town, just a small section of it. Also, the rooms have yet to be fully constructed. I'll update when I do finish some more.

I have a bit of a story now, here goes:

The main character, Eripmav needs souls to live. His only dream is to get rid of his curse and live a normal life. One day, his father shows up and tells him that the only way to rid himself of his curse is to take the soul of his brother. Eripmav's brother knows about this as well, and has sided with their father. Eripmav now has to not only steal his brother's soul, but personally take care of his father.

Socializing isn't a soul vampire's forte, but to enter his father's castle he needs an innocent female human. A special feature the game has is that which ever person you pick early on in the game, changes the ending. There are also "side quests" such as ruling the world, finding special items, finding out more about Eripmav's history, and more!

New Feature: The Charas PUB! A pub in a town with some of the charas gang in it where a side quest takes place!! And due to...er...recent events, a hand-made version of a certain "Member" *COUGHwahbaCOUGH* just my be there as well...

Also, here's a bit more storyline...

When Eripmav and his brother was young, their father left them to die. Almost 300 years later, they've survived, and their father returns to them with an offer: To become his underling in world domination. Eripmav's brother joins, but Eripmav dosen't. Now Eripmav hates both of them, and will eaisily feed on both of their souls...

There won't be too many monsters, seeing as how you need Human souls for the most strength. Also, there MIGHT be a timer system that counts down and you have to absorb a certain amount of souls before it runs out or you die. This game plays more into the story than gameplay, but I'm trying to add a bunch of extra things and sidequests to make it better.

Damn it, not "cursed" cursed. The  unfortunatly survived form a race that needs souls and therefore they consider themselves cursed!
