Durahan charaset, help me.

I'm making this XP charaset of a Durahan, and I need some advice or help to make it look better. Anyone?

I added some glarey-ness to his helmet, also made it hovery move type thing, and his arms shift a bit. Also recoloured his mid-section. Still need a lot of help.

The red thing in his chest flips in one frame, you might want to fix that.

When soldiers or strong people walk, they seem yo carry their shoulders higher than normal. Your dude seems to be putting emphasis on his hands.

i really have no comment on this due to i still havent learned how this famous "XP" runs, but it looks good to me, judging by the pics ive seen.

What does that even have to do with anything? I'm asking how I acn improve the look of the charaset!

again, i must say no comment, because i dont have the slightest clue what a "durahan" is.  but im guessing, its a knight dude, judging by the pictures.  but, you want my opinion on what to do?  the leg parts, before the boots, dont look good, due to lack of color.  ill i see is brown blocks, with darker brown dots, upper body part, before the upper body armor, is similar,  might wanna put a little more effort into those parts, meaning color, design, etc..  but that might be what "it" actually looks, i dont know.  second, again i must say, my opinion doesnt matter because i dont know what this thing looks like, or actually is, but i just plainly dont like those blade thingies, coming from the hands.  to me, it looks like he's holding some piece of plastic, or paper or something.

not trying to be harsh or anything, but you wanted my opinion.  and third or fourth time, my opinion might not matter much, cuz that might be what that thing looks like anyway.  other than that, it looks fine to me.

That isn't really criticizing, it's telling me what's wrong, which I appreciate, but the point is telling me how to fix it. I know the blades look bad but I have no clue how to fix it.
A Durahan is a soul inside of a suit of armour, which should be fairly obvious.
Also, how can you say 'no comment' and then write a paragraph commenting on it?

It looks empty, it might be the fact the its durahan, but,I don't know, it might just need shading.There's just something missing.like i said, it may just be becaus ethere is no body parts to durahan.....I don't know, try shading once your all finished

Well, one thing you might want to add is some texture to some of his parts, this can be done with some  miner shading.

Added some more shading, changed his swords, soul thingy, and midsection. Also changed up his posture to be more 'knight-like' and added shoulder plates.
Edit: Oops, noticed the flippy helmet on the last frame. Fixed it though.

Yeah, that looks alot better, but I have noticd, the feet, is there anyway you can point them or somthing?
