I could not even make my bchars because of the "only use RM2k" annoucement.

I support Saikar. I said I would help out with midis but no one ever replied to that or put me in a position. Now I've got a project and can't handle two projects. It's sad to hear you're ending this... but you do have some points. If only a few ppl were doing this, then you're right, it's not really a  community contest.

Well midis were taken care of, lol this was the problem, everybody wanted the same jobs. chipsets were the factor I needed, NOONE answered, even theon had a fit of rage and posted. No one replied telling me they could do it. v-v I think we expected alittle too much out of a community built on depending on others. But I guess thats what charas is really

Well... yeah. And I say that without any bitterness at all. If we were a community of people that could do everything ourselves then we would not have a requests forum.

If we do this again (and, since less then half the time has passed, we could technically start over or reclaim your project if we wanted to) we would need a TEAM going on. "Hey you, do that! Hey you, over there, do this! I have that covered! You two can help with this, but focus on that unless you get what you need done for a while." Real defined roles, not just a bunch of people coming in and saying "I can do this, I think, but I am a lazy slacker that will not make a post beyond this one."

I feel so responsible. I was a member of this team from the beginning, me and WingZero were the MIDI people. I made three or four, and sent them to Carmen, but then I disappeared. I know that it wasn't all my fault, but I apologize of negeecting my responsibilities.
