Wow, at least you didn't edit or delete my post because it made you look bad.

It didn't make me look bad, because your just trying to be a jerk to me... which ain't working.

Anyways, I believe mods should have strictness, but yes, also a gentle touch. And members should not be all evil and gloomy because that becomes an influence on the rest of the forum, kinda like a pleague.

Red giant has attitude? and I'm layed back?I'd think people would think the reverse. lol....hmmm I was known more for my hardness on topic kicking and spam. Now I've been around making sure things stay un flame-like. I'm on here quite often lol almost everyday...so I'm around guys.

Mods have been doing a good job from what I've seen, the forums pretty steady without alota mishaps. I think everyone has been doing a great job. Especially Kijuki ^_- (exellent dude, you rock!) except for sai'kar and his absence, I think we all get an a++.

I'd like to consider myself a good mod. I keep things relativly clean, I'm not afriad to make descions and I'm pretty striaght fwd. I just feel not alota ppl know me as well as GC or Red or DF. Or ppl are just scared of me :p  lol anyways

Thats just like you gary to get bored and try to get something going lol, this seems pretty cool right now. I'm happy with this place right now, thats rare I know. *does happy dingo dance*

The way I do things in ROTC, no one would want me to be a mod.

The mods here are fine.

Although I'm a fairly new member, I only 'know' 3 mods here: GhostClown, RedGiant and Carmen.

This community is pretty relaxed and rule abiding, so that reflects on the way the Mods can act and have probably acted in the past.

2 cents well spent.  ;)

The good thing about people not being mods is that they can't pester others by editing their posts with useless text.
Really, I got banned once because somebody did that.

If you didn't got unbanned after that then the admins are retards. There is something like log, where moderators get logged.

What about Carmen, FFL, SMB (But I havn't seen him in awhile either.) and charaman (But I'm not sure when I saw him last time)?
Those are good ones too. Aren't they?
I think all active mods act's perfectly, nothing's wrong with them.

But Grandagora did come back awhile ago though.

Well, The reason I havent been mod for a while now is that, although i feeel i have to be strict as a mod, I really do not want to. i want to be friendly and i kno taht thats not possible to stay both,  so i made a choice to no longer be a mod.

A mod also has to be a good judge of cimcumstances.
They need to be able to tell the difference between their members are just having some fun, and when they need to step in and get the topic back on track or *gasp* lock it if its out of control.

I think the mods here have got it pretty much sorted out. I havn't met a mod/admin here yet who is dislikable or unfriendly.
