It shows Zack get shot once, then the soldiers run up to his limp body and shoot him over and over and over and over....

And then, after Zack STILL hasn't moved, cloud crawls up, grabs his sword, and sits there for awhile, stunned that Zack is dead.

And even if he did live, the time frame doesn't fit. Aeris has been caring for the guy for awhile, and Zack had only died a few days prior.

Zack will be in the movie as one of clouds flashbacks as in he is in the back of that truck just like the flashback from ff7

It also helps that every sound Nobuo makes is some kind of fantastic music. Re read that sentence. Lol.

And also, SquareSoft actually tried when they made that game. Unlike that next piece of crap they made, what was it... Final Fantasy 8?

Also, in FF7 there are so many references to the number 7, ever noticed that?

ff8 had beautiful music and graphics, the story line got shaky, but the characters were solid and pretty. Graphically and musically it had more variety than 7. It was a more americanized look from the Final Fantasies. I still think it was a good game minus all the stu[id stuff they put in there....all going to the same orphanage...pshhh...v_V that sucked so bad.

I liked FF8 and all, but the only thing that made me hate the game was playing cat and mouse and the ending....(oh god the ending)

And the spell system, htf.
where and what happens to the magic once they draw it, it's not like they stick it in the pocket and say, yep i got 4 cures from that battle.
and then trading skills...
"i'll give you two of my curagas for all of your cures."
Sure you draw it but where's it go.
If you have magical powers it should rely on your energy to cast it like in every other rpg known to man.
ff8 treats magic like items, making there really no difference between a potion and cure, or a high potion and curaga... ok i'm done....

Do you people suck at FF8 or something? I mastered the junction system. Just remember to draw a lot of magic early on in the game. The GF wasnt my favorite thing, but I think it's cool how much it was involved in the story... much more than any other system was involved in any other FF game. Plus the Ultima Weapon whas harder than Ultimecia... now THAT kicked ***!

BTW: WTF kinds of names are Cloud and Squall anyway?  Granted Cloud is not as gay sounding a Squall but WTF.

And what's up with main character's names being monosyllabalic?
Cloud, Dart, Squall, Ryu....just a few examples!
