In a thread that is now locked a guy called charaman said that the mods such as Red Giant are going lock crazy.  I honestly think that they aren't.  The mods and administrators and such are just doing their jobs and people that say they suck at it or insult them in anyway are just making it harder on them.  Red Giant locks certain things not because he thinks its fun or because he doesn't like someone, rather he does it because it is his duty as a charas mod guy.  I personally think that Red Giant isn't going "crazy" or is being a jerk.  He's just doing what he's supposed to do.

All the mods are doing great jobs, to some people(mosly of who's thread has been lock) think there crazy, well if they lokc it they probably have a good reason for it.

That would explain why some people may be angry with her.  I know when im stressful people get angray at me sometimes.  But don't get angry with asakura for saying that.  He only said it because he didn't know she's under stress and busy.  I'm pretty sure he doesn't really hate her or anything.

Oh and p.s. to red giant: i didn't realize that people insulted you and stuff that much.  i feel bad for you man.  Maybe they're angry because sometimes you lock their threads.  Maybe before you lock a thread send a "warning" post so they know that if they don't stop what they're doing soon, you'll lock it.  That might lower the amount of flaming and hatred on this site.  And we could all use less of that.
