here is my char i made hes called Eco Man
(the movements were edited from megaman)

The black outlines are too thick in some poses.  Only use one layer of black for the outline.

I don't think it's detailed enough to meet the picture in the corner.  Me thinks you should make the differences in flashy armor designs more noticable, and less bright green.

Thinner outlines, more fluid animations, and levels of shading.

Let's put it this way...
When a person is running, their clothes are moving in a way that is settle for the wind and in the direction they are running.

With your character, he seems to be running in all directions when the wind is blowing straight down on him. The shading makes no sense. And the failed use of color doesn't help.
