SubGroups in resources...

i really wish that the complete resources were subdivided among common groups....

for example, i wish all the Sonic, Dbz, Megaman, and similar resources had their own folder in the complete resources...

i just wish i dindt have to wade through so many  Resources that have nothing to do with what im looking for to get to the resources i really want.

its just a thought.

Resources already are in the wrong places too much, this would make it worse.  The search engine is a better way of finding stuff anyways.

the search enginbe, however, only works if the right words are in  the little description box....which most people dont fill out adequately.

I honestly think that something should be done to make it easier to find things.

Again, I disagree. There would be little to no point in grouping resources together. I think our current system is effective enough.

no. i was looking for ways to make the Charas Community a more  effective community... not make more work. Hell id do it myself if i could... not because "I cant think of what to type in the search box" but because i dont think the current system is effective.

Honestly, it would be if the descriptions attached to each resource were effective... but they arent. some just say "this thing i found on a site" or "oh and part 2 to that other thing"

If the descriptions were adequate, the system would be...but as is its not. it is a slow process to find anything worthwhile because we have so many resources...and wh8ile this is a great problem to have...it is STILL a problem...one i am sure wont be adressed.

I'm sure noone here wants to listen to you complain about how something you didn't even make is "ineffective". If you can find a single mario sprite in a base of 3000 sprites, I'd say that's not half bad.

i wasnt complaining or bitching and there was no reason to be as mean about it as some of you guys were.

Thats cool tho. Be mean. It really helps the attitude of the community. I have alot of loyalty to charas. I dont want to go to other sites. Ive been coming to this site for almost 3 years now.

ye indeed... the searchbox works like..... If you type "Sonic" all, example charas with the word Sonic in their description shows........ Maybe someone has posted Sonic and theyve descrpited it like "A blue animal".... Then you would have too type either blue or animal...... So i recommend for the posters too descript thier Chara or whatever very good and think of what others would call it......

Your suggestions aren't stupid, and you have a point, but you'll just have to live with the fact that no-one is gonna change what everyone else thinks is a great system. I suggest give up on this, before you become another Raffles.

hey, kadeity  had a good idea but has its flaws hes right the search engine doesnt work cuse of the lack of info people put in there descriptions . there was no need 4 everyone 2 b jerks . try and have a sencible  debate , dont act like 5 year olds
