On my game that im making i put in an event with that one pirate sailor dude and when im testing the game hes not there at all.. what is going on?

well.. My thoughts is that
1. Reimport the charset and make sure the background is blinking
2. Check if the event has any preconditions, if there is any then the event will show up when the preconditions are set.

so now you know that what the precondition do. What stands under there is whats required too do before the page launches.
