Japan took no responsibility for the atrocities during WW2, and to this day refuses to apologize for it's barbarity and depature from the Civilized world during the War. To this day, Japanese school children, among the most educated on the planet, are kept ignorant of the atrocities that they're grandparents commited. The fact that this was allowed to happen was that the old Elite that commited these atrocites were allowed to remain after the war to rebuild their shattered country - unlike in Germany, where the 'De-Nazification' process by the victorious powers ensured that every trace of the regime was held accountable for it's actions. What's the one word that Japanese people find easy to say? Kamikazee! What's the hardest word?Sorry.
