Yeah I think he did, but he now realizes how bitchy it was. HIGH FIVE!

But Asta la Toaster, and a gift:

Steps to cure depression, the ZKX way:
1. Go down to corner
2. Buy big bag of unknown pills
3. Get a very big rock
4. Throw rock at penguin
5. Throw pills away
6. Cry at your wasted $100 on pills
7. Hit more penguins with a big rock
8. Club a panda with what some may call, a "ladle"
9. Repeat steps 7-8 as many times as needed

If said procedure doesn't work, eat some form of small forest pixie, preferable the one known as "Tinkerbell". But do not, I repeat, DO NOT eat those known as "Navi", "Tatl", or "Tale". They WILL give one hourrendous gas, especially in formal meetings of the rich estates.

Ian said the reason he is depressed is because..........
"Yesterday at school me and a couple of friends were playing around, when i spat on the window at school, i got suspended now my parents won't speak to me..."

And he said he might be back

Depression is technically a medical condition, caused by a chemical imbalance or mental disorder. True depression is NOT caused by a situation. There is a difference between Depression and Sadness.

I've been depressed. And so have many other members here. And a lot of the time, there is no "single reason" for depression. There may not even be any reason. And, just for those people who think that it's always sadness and not depression, there are physical and emotional symptoms.

Signs of Depression

 - Persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" mood
 - Feelings of hopelessness, pessimism
 - Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness
 - Loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities that were once enjoyed
 - Decreased energy, fatigue, being "slowed down"
 - Difficulty concentrating, remembering, making decisions
 - Insomnia, early-morning awakening, or oversleeping
 - Appetite and/or weight loss or overeating and weight gain
 - Thoughts of death or suicide; suicide attempts
 - Restlessness, irritability
 - Persistent physical symptoms that do not respond to treatment, such as headaches, digestive disorders, and chronic pain.

That's not depression. That's sadness and guilt.
