Well, it is only supposed to be a 15 -> 17 age difference, so I guess it suits?

If it's only a couple of years then it works. There's only so much you can do with pixels.

Try making the eyes on the younger face a little bigger/brighter. It might help.

Yes I'm working on a sequel... and I've created my own all picture based Menu( as of my first one, which had a map based)

In this one you play as more than one character...up to 3 at a time( we'll not exactly at the same time but 3 in the party)

make a few sad parts in the game... also add funny parts thats what most pro games have in it

I'd take his advice if I were you, Meiscool.

:/

It's nice and functional, but looks kind of uneffortous
If you put some kind of pattern in with the blue, even if it's just some basic crap, it'd look better
You don't need to, but it would look better, without changing too much

That color of blue looks alright with it
I'll try to come up with something, and if I succeed I'll post the background here
If not I'll notify everyone of my epic failure

Nothing crazy or too fancy. Mostly unseen coding.

Why thank you!
I'm taking my time with a few things. I'm trying to code a simple "Limit-break"-esque system, which works smoothly so far and I'm working out all the kinks in some minor systems. I'm excited, I like the direction I'm going so far. Maybe I'll have an update soon. But again, really nothing crazy, just some new stuff to make the game, mainly the battles, more interesting.

EDIT: BTW, while I'm on the subject. There's no way to make "parallel process" similar event in the DBS, is there? It only runs events, at the most, every time a turn goes by, right?
