Well, I remember someone requesting a turtle-monsterish charset but I can´t remember who...

The only thing I can find for now is this, Can´t even remember where I got it tho.

With some edits this could be changed into the turtle you want.

yeah change the legs and color it greenish it doesn't need the snake head on it... it would look just fine, but I could just use it as is.
I am not good at spriting what so ever--I may not be able to edit it myself.
