I don't have a girlfriend.

Not like I'm all too bothered by it. I'm in no condition for one now. So Valentine's is just uber-BS for me.

I probably won't be celebrating St. Valentine's day. I asked a girl where I work to spend Valentine's day with me. She had gotten engaged the previous day. That's how bad my luck is. Thursday: no boyfriend. Friday: husband-to-be!

Yeah, I'll probably spend some time with a friend of mine. Her plan is to ditch school with her bf, but if it goes like it normally does, he'll be a dousche, leave and I'll meet up with her.

You're kidding right?  If he is a guy he is not going to understand subtle clues and nuances. He's either going to get you nothing, and have no idea why you are disapointed, or he's going to go out and get you something anyway. From what I've seen from my sisters, my experiences, and any female friends of mine, being subtle never pays off.  However, sometimes you do get lucky and find a smart guy, so here's hoping.

He knows, cheated and asked another girl about it. Why must men cheat? ;.;

I'm going to give my hand a little something somthing.  Some lotion.

All sad life jokes aside, I don't have a girlfriend at the moment, and Ive never had a real sturdy relationship, yet I know stuff somehow.

Chicks dig material goods.  But at the same time they also dig romantic gestures.  So I would recommend writing a beautiful poem or song, taking them out to dinner, and for closing give them a ring or something pretty.  Do the WHOLE works.  I was poor, so I was only able to do the gestures.  I also didn't have a car, so I couldnt take her out to dinner, just the two of us.  So, I wrote her a poem.  She broke up with me a little while later.  Either she got jealous when all her friends showed off their pretties, or I am not poetic at all and I accedently called her fat or something.

The Cure, fuck yeah.

Anyways, on topic... all you really have to do to make your significant other happy is hold them, kiss them, let them know how much they mean to you. Works great on most girls. If that's not enough then fuck em, they're not worth it.

*Blatant disregard for everything previously said*

Valentine's Day has gone the same way as Christmas. It used to have meaning to it, but it's become commercialised and about big companies making more profits.

Besides, my singleness count is up to 5 years, so I'm hardly likely to have a positive opinion on it. :D
