See I would think its my rpgmaker because I have a patch on it but like I can run dozens of other rpgmaker games and its fine.

Theres are only two games i've had this problem on and yours is one.

Oh yeah. That brings back memories.
It's that "title" that appears when you enter the castle. The file is not in the game folder though if I remember it correctly.
Ok, it's in the folder but the name is changed.
"Southern castle celdana" was the correct one if I remember it correctly. So change the name to what is expected. Or open up the game with the maker and change the event to display the right picture.

I love this game, especially the OTOS system. There's one thing I think you should add to your demo. I finally beat the Serpent Cave boss and then when the cave starts collapasing and I was supposed to run, I didn't know how to, because there was no in game info on it. Just a minor suggestion, but maybe you could add a in game tutorial.

Same thing happened to me.
I always thought the game was a bit slow before I realized it.
Turned out that it was written on the first page of the thread or something though.

Yeah, but there should be in game guide still of tutorial. In LR there's a few events like Serpent Cave, but I'm going to have a guide book that lists all the extra controllers so nobody has to get killed by puzzles unecessarily. I probably should make one for Warped as well. it just makes sense.

Yes, when you come across this problem, do that! ^^^^^^^

Well I'm glad you guys are enjoying the demo.  As for the sprint button tutorial thing, I may include like a sign or something that lets players know.  I guess I thought it was implied that you should try "Shift" to try and sprint.  I'll probably add something to let people know about it.

Review

Music 6/10 - Your game has some good themes and the music was placed and worked very well in every part of the game except like the tracks you used for in town annoyed me i liked them at first but after hearing them over and over it gets a little annoying and I disliked the battle theme but the boss battle theme was good.

Gameplay 7/10 - Slow but fine it has some very slow parts in your games and then fast pace its a good balance between story and action.

Story 8/10 - There are some parts of your story like any game that are very cliche then other that are very original and no matter what after Chapter 1 the story just gripped me to keep playing until it was finished.
While most of the story remains unknown so far is very interesting

Chapter 1
Ugh I disliked this one Chapter 1 cliche and like "happy" that I don't feel like playing it again.
Just like its all very cliche especially the part with people helping the Hero's just because he is a nice guy. I dislike the main Hero alot he annoys me he is just too nice and seems like you average hero.
Chapter 1 is my biggest complaint with the game, but it wasn't very long so no problems.

Chapter 2
This is my favorite Chapter while the Chapter starts slow and you have to walk around the huge castle alot once you go into the basment it doesn't stop it had great moments and it just went straight into all out Chaos which was very fun not mention its very easy to die here since its battle after battle which made it funner.
Great Job.

Chapter 3
Took a step back and its not as good as Chapter 2 but its does move faster and its not bad at all its above average and while it wasn't as cool as Chapter 2 it did move nicely and open up the story more as a good pace not rushing and not too slow I enjoyed it alot and there was plenty of action too keep me busy and finally seeing
some of the characters evolve was good especially Haru (I started liking him alot more in this chapter).

Overall 7.5/10

You had some good comical moments here and there some even made me laugh and I liked how sometimes when things you knew were cliche you made sure to point them out in a "funny" way.
Your game started off slow and you have a set pace that you kept with that is cool.

It kind of goes slow story, battle after battle after battle, speeding up the story, but it all goes so smoothly its doens't feel forced or rushed. I do have a problem in chapter 3 some things are harder to notice not extremely hard but i'm sure people will get stuck but we already discussed that.
There are no big bug or errors to complain about.
I'm sure it'll be a higher score once the next demo is released.
I'm anxiously awaiting to play more and this one of the better Rpgmaker games out there and definetly one of the best i've played from Charas.

It's time for me to break radio silence, so to speak.

I am one of the few who can claim to have seen this game grow and evolve into what it is today. This game is the first of two reasons why I have Charas bookmarked. One of the more promising game produced on Charas, I know a lot of work has been put into it but I agree with Nandez that sometimes, it seems to drag on and on. Is the wait worth it? Yes, yes it is because the pace picks up after the first chapter. I recommend this game to all avid RPG Makers out there.

As for you, Linkforce, expect to hear from me soon enough. With school ending tommorow, I'll be pretty damn bored so I'll restart working on my project. I will see you around or in pieces, the choice is yours  8)

Thanks for your input BSW.  Always good to here from you, though rare as it is.  I'm glad you still continue to give me support. :)  I'll see you on MSN  :firefox:
