Hello all who will happen to skim over this.  First post.  Yay!

Anyway being a noob and all i was wondering if there was a easy way to edit battlecharset.  Like a program that would make it easy enough so anyone could like change something simple like hair color.  Making all the hairs highs and lows adjust with the color automatically.
