(No offense) It's not just that people are violent to be violent, they're taught this. In the bible, doesn't it talk about stoning women for cheating? Or men for being gay? Other religions spawn off each other, and this is what happens. In those people's minds from that video, that girl shamed everyone. And the only way they could fix that is by doing what they did. Yes, I know that it's WRONG, but to them it's the right thing to do. This is what they were taught from birth. It's society that makes us who we are today. We're taught by those who came before us. For example, if a child sees his father drink and beat his mother and siblings everyday until he's 18 and leaves his house. What is he gonna do? More then likely, repeat what he saw. These types of things go in a cycle. And yeah, you're right that someone should try and do something about it. But the ones who would probably listen more, are the children. Adults are hard to talk to, because they think they know everything and anyone who disagrees should be punished.Another thing, I'm sure more people joined in on the attack. Ever been in a mob - like situation (pep - rally, sport's game, protest, ect..) ? It's like an infection. Once a couple of people start, everyone else joins in. Sometimes you don't even realize it happened before you've finished.
