EVERY country does that, for hundred and thousands of years. I support that too, no matter what country did it, it is what leads to the rise and fall of civilization. To spend money and resources with no profit or desired outcome, it just doesn't make sense.

By profit, I don't mean using a country for profit, but I mean if you can aid a country, then get something in return like drilling rights, or territorial rights, so long as it doesn't go to private industry and remains gov't regulated, that makes more sense than "Here, have our money. Bye." Of course that won't happen Although, we did give billions to Japan after WWII, and they were our enemy, so you can't really say what we;re gonna do next.

Erm.. I think it's stupid to just send countries money with no kind've enforcement being as the governments in pretty much all countries are filled with corruption and greed..

Also.. I was thinking about this the other day. It annoys me GREATLY to see all these game shows on tv with all this MONEY that they just throw out there. Same thing with the lottery.. Cause I'm thinking, there are so many ppl out there straving, homeless, uneducated, ect... and yet we're here bathing in money on tv.. or answering questions for a million dollars.. All that money could be put to better use else where... I dunno.. mabbe no one else sees the same point I'm trying to make.. <<

Oh, I understand we can't possibly be economically equal. However, it'd be nice to see the money on game shows going to someone that needs it, not someone that just wants more money. Poverty will never be completely gone, but we can at least get rid of the money-wasting that is TV game shows.
