Jaar, the bottom and the right part of the picture needs some drawings to make the picture look "cool and full".Just add something that is from your game or whatever, like the picture of your main character, or some genitals, whatever.

Umm, I have a script that gives it an animated background. All I need is the text to look interesting. It looks in away boring.

The gray seems sort of strange. Perhaps an off-white in the bubbles instead, something sampled from the background and then made lighter? Other than that, it could lend a very nice feel to whatever follows it if you stay consistent.

Ok, how about this one? I changed the background to white, and Made some slight edits in other places. Need another color or does it look fine now?

I would make the whole bubble thing disappear, and do transparent text on your background, using the same text as "continue", "new game", and "exit". and um.. legacy, not legecy.

Try to add one of those pictures as in Tales of Phantasia or one of those final fantasy images, it really strengthens the text if you use one that match the style and doesn't take the attention from the title itself.

But please, with a background such as that; don't even use a bubble, it looks to good to be meddled with 1-colour, non detailed circle. And fix the spelling misstakes, it could be quite annoying.

So, give it another shot, I know I don't have or use photoshop so I can't help you out here.
