Drawrings!
« on: January 11, 2008, 07:05:53 PM »
I get bored easily, and therefore I draw these. I think I've wasted about ten sheets of paper on it already. If I decide to, I may redo them on the computer and turn it into a webcomic, but for now it's just a hobby until I move onto something else. I get a few chuckles from those that watch me draw them, so I figure someone here might as well. Personally, I don't think it's any good until number 7.

Please note that for whatever reason I decided on, the comic is read from right to left.

Other notes: Yes, that is indeed a sort-of reference to Archem. I couldn't come up with a shirt logo, so I used Archem. :/

Some crappy cover I made when I had enough to paperclip them together.
Character sheet (so I don't have to explain the entire backstory.)

I donno' how to describe those. Very original, rather unique mix of dark and comical style and they're actually good.

Better get something to do though, can't waste all your hours.

The humorous Death thing is easy to screw up. You didn't. Now don't go all Billy and Mandy on me here-- keep it good if you're gonna keep doing it. Vanilla Coke time. *passes you soda*

I know it may seem stupid, but on a few pages it was really hard to follow the panelling. Did you intend to run the panels right to left?

I like 'em, they certainly grew on me.

Sometimes your visual humour makes me wonder what the hell's going on though XD What's with the last panel of number 9?

Basically, sometimes it's still a litle hard to work out what action you've drawn them doing, but once you work on that it'll be great.

You don't need to worry about that. Though it would seem some character may be used to create that sort of effect, I'm trying to avoid a Billy and Mandy clone as much as I can. I can guarantee that Toof and Sven will never even be in the same frame at once. (Except for an extreme lack of movement in plot.)

I'm not sure why I did it right to left.

...and a week later, I finally upload the next 10.

I have another 10 from the week I wasted not uploading those. They're a lot funnier, I think, Mario is just so damn easy to make fun of.

So.....Mario subplot coming up, just so you know.

Here's a preview (right click -> view image, too small here):

Eerily reminds me of a comic I did featuring the Grim Reaper and a strange invulnerable blue blob whose sheer existence made him immune to reaping, and so would tag along with Gimmy Boy because he was technically dead. Not very similar, but it still reminds me.

I actually like this comic, I read the first 15. I found it better than other stuff I've read online.
