If English isn't your native language, you can speak in what is your native language. Well, here's a way do it:
Have the girlfriend summoning Skill a Switch Skill, and have the Switch trigger a Common Event called Girlfriend Summon in the Battle Events area of M. Groups. Have Girlfriend Summon Branch if you have the Accessory Equipped, and have the guy learn a new Battle Command, Girlfriend Summon, then Switch Girlfriend Summon OFF. Make Girlfriends a Skill Subset, to choose which ho you wanna booty call. Of course, if it's only one *****, you can have the Accessory (your bling, right?) Invoke the Skill Girlfriend, though that's not exactly the same.

Uh... dude. GF probably stands for "Guardian Force". IE. from Final Fantasy VIII.

Step 1: Select "Common Event" in your Database. It's the option at the far right-hand side.

Step 2: Select a blank Common Event.

Step 3: Name it. I've named it "Summon", but it doesn't really matter.

Step 4: Set the Trigger to "Parallel Process". This means that this event will run in the background without you having to activate it manually.

Step 5: Open up the Event Commands (by double-clicking the <> in your Common Event), select the third page, and select "Conditional Branch".

In the Conditional Branch window, select the second page, choose the second option, select the desired hero. Then click the "..." box, and select the sixth option (Has the item X equipped), and choose the item. Make sure that the "Execute Custom Handler if Condition Not Met" box is checked.

Step 6: Use the "Change Skill" command on the first page of the Event Commands to add the desired skill if the hero has the item equipped, and remove it if the hero doesn't have the item equipped.

When completed, your common event should looks like:

Hope that helps.

Man, I keep forgetting about Parallel Processes. Maybe it slows the game down so I don't like them or something. I also haven't played FFVIII, so forgive me.
