Lately playing some Left 4 Dead, and Red's new game has given me newfound inspiration to expand on this game as manyof you have asked for, and well I'm beginning work on this again today. But this time there will be more zombies than ever before. I have already in a short time scripted 5 more zombies into the game making for a total of 20 zombies! There are more to come as Im going to be scripting atleast 5 more today. 5 may not sound like alot to you but trust me ittakes time and patience to script each one. So give me a shout and tell me what you would like to see in the new Survive exansion pack.

Can't wait to see the new version. Yeah, scripting new ABS enemies is an awesome pain in RPGM, I been there bro.

Don't really think a story is necessary for this form of game.

I never was very good at horror stories, if you hadsomthing in mind fish it woulde great if you'd email me with some ideas. As for levels and upgrades and things of that sort I'll have to see what I can do and what everyone else would think of it.

On another note thier are now even more zombies scripted, there are now 25 scripted tested and fully functional zombies for you to plow through. Though I probably wont release an expansion beta until I have a bit more done, don't worry extra zombies isnt all I have in store.

On of my latest ideas is profiles: Where all of your upgrades and weapons and things are stored in your profile, as well possible medals and level selection.

Believe it or not I have spent just about every free second since I got out of class around 4:30 today developing the level selection menu and its still notcompletely done. Though I have got some time consuming scripting out of the way, like locked levels, scrolling, drawing all of the graphics by hand, and completing how the story will play out in my head.

Features already induced:

-Player Profiles
-Load Menu
-Level Selection Menu
-Opening Cutscenes
-1st Playable Level

Features To Come:

-Med Kits (Mid Price)
-2 Different 1 use armor (High Price)
-Ammunition (Low-Mid Price)
-Temperary obstacles (Mid Price)
-Buyable Survival Levels (High Price)
-Spoils of War-Ammunition Found more often (High Price)
-Golden shogun is no longer a cheat, but the most expensive weapon in the game, and availiable only in final Survival Level.
-Player Scores will be recorded
-Players earn spendable points in the campaign mode
-4 different Survival Levels Including the original gaveyard level.
-Choose you time limit on Survival Levels (Bonus points for higher time limits)

Things that MIGHT be coming-

-Land Mines (Low Price/Survival Only)
-Deployable Decoys (Med Price/Survival Only)
-Possibly be able to buy other cheats for a rediculous price.

Well as far as the story goes, the way its going to play out is like this:

-Instead of roaming around all over the place and advsncing in the story the only ACTUAL gameplay will be fighting, there may be a few cutscenes here and there most likley a begginning and endng cutscene, but for the most part most of the story will come from Vaynes journal, an exerpt from which will be told at the beggining of each level.

This will hopefuly satisfy both those who want a story and those who just want to get down to the fighting. Thse who just want to fight can just click through each journal entry as fast as they please, and those who want story can read it. Let me know what else you would like to see in this game.

Sounds okay to me. Maybe consider a boss and some new enemies. If you need any help with coming up with stuff, IM me when and I'll see what I can do. I'm on most of the time at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
