Well, even if Squall has the personality of cardboard. Atleast he doesn't have the personality of cigar ash like Cloud does or the all so interesting personality of a plaster wall like Sephiroth has.

Are you trying to tell me that Sephiroth ISN'T a plaster wall?

Sephiroth is boring. I honestly don't get this "Sephiroth is awesome" hype, probably just the hair. In my opinion, Seymour is the better evil character. Better motif, more awesome ways to get to them.

I agree 100%. Sephiroth HAD no motive!  And I always agrue with my friend about it, Sephiroth is a bullsh*t villian who's just there to be strong and pretty. Seymour is much more deserving of being the better villian

Heck, Kefka is a better angel/god-wannabe psycho villain.

Yup. Chances are we'll get flamed for this. I have ALWAYS been flamed when I said Seymour was a better villian and even a likeable villian. Sure, he looks gay. But his motif was awesome, tricking Yuna into marrying her, she not falling for it and he doing it anyways, sweet. To become Sin, the one thing people fear most, just to kill everyone to rid them of their sin, that's pure evil and mental issues. Better than destroying because what again? He could? He was a clone? Meh, boring.

Kefka was Final Fantasy VI (international / japan) right?

Yeah, the dude from FF6. He was also a funny villian. You could take him seriously and laugh at him too

Sweet. FFVI is next up my list, after beating FFVIII and Shadow Hearts 3.

Of course. Random insert any random looking enemy and you have instant villain win. Wait what?

Sephiroth is liek totally kawaii and awesoem and he could kick seymour's ***

But seriously, I don't see the appeal of the bishie FF guys. I mean, I know Japanese girls are weird, but how many girls play Final Fantasy compared to guys?

Also, the greatest FF villain is Garland. He'll totally knock you all down. And up.

EDIT: It should also be mentioned about Seymour that he was a f*cking ghost when he made Yuna marry him. You have to wonder how that would work...
