Who's that? What water fal'cie? What? I might've not payed attention, but I only remember going to the tower after the mine, and then fighting something you encounter around there.

It's in the Sayyia Springs(sp), an event when you go close to the water.

If you go to the west at the cliffy thing that have like 5 froggies there is a ledge. Down that ledge looking at the water you see these circles on the surface. Inspect them and there will be a cutscene with [spoiler]Bismark where the characters state that they should try to kill it. It dives and make more ugly fishcreatures appear as well as frogs on 2 platforms with "chests". To be honest, I never heard of it again since then and I've completed all but one Mark.[/spoiler].

Alright I just finished the game. On the ending: The last 7 minutes were heart touching, but the 20 minutes + battles before that were garbage.

I felt the last 7 minutes of the ending were totally unrelated to the 20-30 minutes before that. In fact I was expecting the ending to be something else from what was happening, but it's not like there was a twist, it just... well let's put it this way: Instead of expecting Arthur to pull out the sword out of the stone with his hands, he broke the stone with a high tech Bazooka. That's how I saw the ending. It was cool but it had no trail what it was supposed to happen.

Well.. Imma write a review soon. And it shall be heard!

Me, for the critique. In order to say it's bad I would have had to play it, say the fan boys... and girls.

Sad part about FFXIII.
There's no real replay value.
FFXIII is one of those games you could expect a difficulty setting in. It's that much far off the original series.

Anyway. There is actually little to do after clearing the last boss of the game. You have the Missions, but I think they are just 55 of them. And all of them are "Go there, kill the monster and get a really shitty reward".
For some of these missions you need an insane amount of DPS(damage per second for those of you uneducated) and defense. The last mission is the proof of that.

And to get better damage and defense - you need to upgrade and level up your weapons. And to do that you need spoils. And most spoils give shitty exp - so you buy spoils from the shop that gives good exp. Also, to upgrade your weapon you need special items that are really expensive.
And you don't get money from battles, no sir. You might get some spoils. And most spoils you find - you sell for either 10 or 40 gil a piece. To buy the item that for example makes your Axis Blade the upgraded version you'll need like 200.000gil. Oh yeah.

So I'm done with this game now. I've leveled my characters to max, I completed all the missions even with a 5 star ranking(thank you gold watch) and there's honestly nothing else left to do in the game for me now. If I want to defeat the ridiculously hard Long Gui or Shaulong Gui I'll need to max all my accessories or something 'cuz their damage and hp is a friggin joke.

Btw, for you trophy people. I never got the "felled a heavyweight of the lower world", "Held every item in the game" or the bottom one that's just a "???".

Use Vanille's death on the Long Gui. Treasure hunter is the hardest because you can be locked out of it (meaning if you missed an item in the earlier stages of the game, you would ahve to start a whole new game), and is that " ??? " Superstar?

First, I'm pretty sure both the Long Gui and the Shaulong Gui is immune to death. Unfortunately.  The adamanchild, adamantoise and adamantortoise however are not. Go us! (PS neither is the Neoochu so you can get the growth egg quite early in the game)

And yeah, I checked what trophy it is and it's superstar, and I never manage to get a full star ranking on that there thing. Not even with the Golden watch.

And also, no idea when Mid got administrator but she tends to get things she want. She's just that awesome.

I got a 4 star on the last battle the first time, I had like 11800 points. I had no idea what to do like at the first 20 seconds.
