You can keep your armor if you get the thundercaller foodskill.  deviljho has his own quest after you beat ivory lagi i think.  brachydios armor does well and same with nargacuga, volvidon, the bug armor, zinogre and ivory lagi. u just wait til you get to alatreon.  He's a just an ***hole.

Did you beat the mark of a hero quest? That thing is impossible. I spend more than 20 minutes beating the Ivorylagia who slaps me like 30% of my hp with each hit. One firstaid don't compensate for the health I lose from the simplest attack.
And when I finally get it down (and receive 3 mega potions) brachy and azurerath appears and slaps me around. Such an evil, evil combination. One that spends all time in the air and another one that just kills me in the meantime.

Anyway, I beat all the village quests. Forged the azure rathalos armor set (it doesn't have any weakness to lightning) and trying to upgrade my weapons. Just don't have any luck with drops. How hard can it be to get lagia horn+? Or something simple like agnaktor claw+? The guy got 4 feet, what's wrong with you hunter-person?!

Still trying to get the commodities to get the "high level" items like the masks, some furnishing. Got the weapon codexes and the dances and the abilities.
Speaking of commodities and items, I still haven't found slickaxes or gloamgrass buds. Also, where do you get the royal crests that are needed for some of the combinations?

And speaking of combinations, I always receive gunner abilities on the charms I find which makes it hard to mix and match the skills to get stuff like tremor res or earplugs.

make brachydios hit rathalos with slime explosions and dodge dodge dodge. the buds are in the misty peaks or night d island resource hunt i think. and ur super unlucky lol

Man, that guild sure is cheap. They don't even have the decency to give you a map and torch in G rank.

Enemies are harder, as in literally harder. Needs white sharpness for pretty much everything these days. Which is bad because i need to kill them to upgrade my weapons to white sharpness. Lots of quests. Green plesioth is a joke, he was just like an ordinary plesioth. Only green.
Finally finding some slickaxes, neat system. Mix a slickaxe with pretty much any useful crafting material and you lose your slick axe and gain 1 extra of that material.

The G rank armor sets confuse me though. The different parts have a weird combination of armor skills reaching to a total of like 4 or so instead enough to reach a bonus. Some of the sets are mighty sexy though, some are... not so very sexy.

Now, letting me fight two bracydios in the tundra is just plain evil.

Still crafting and stuff. Doing some of the event quests as well.
Finally done with all the low rank materials I ever needed, now i just need to farm some HR and GR.

Btw, capcom kinda suck. I needed some volvidon talons for a weapon, and the only quest I can play with g rank volvidon is a 4mon hunt where you only carve mega potions. And one of the volvidons is considered "huge" so the only loot you get is like. Huge bone? jumbo bone? something like that. So capping one of them doesn't give me what I want
Lots of other examples where this is happening.

It's not the best but it's unfortunately the best on the internet so far besides Gamefaqs which currently only has weapon trees for the most part.

How far do you need to go to fight alatreon at g rank?
Also, is the village alatreon at the same rank as the multiplayer alatreon?

Btw, they should have made it possible to add additional storage pages. It feels like I'm gonna fill out all these 10 pages pretty soon. Already barging into the 7th page and I haven't fought anything at HR7 beside the double Brachy.

You're right.... Never really thought about it, well I knew I was writing a lot of posts here because I see my avatar everywhere (why is no one else using avatars? It would solve our little issue with unclear post start and ends).

Also thanks, got a bunch other done with the lego digital designer, just lack the colours to actually make them in real life. Purple bricks? Who owns that?

None y'all clowns play Monster Hunter.  Tis a shame cuz you're missing out.  It's worth the $60 unlike most games these days that have 10-15 hours of gameplay.
