Good idea, not only does it take up more room in the text box, but for me, I see no point of having the face in the text. Better to just have the name of the guy at the top when he is talking!

i have to be hnest...i agree 100% with red on this one...why did he create the time spheres if hes dying?......not every old man wakes up and says "im gonna die soon, better get workin on my time spheres!"

I think there's some potential here, but it is cliched.  Granted, it can be hard to come up with ideas that have never been done before.  But here's some suggestions:

1.  Come up with a real reason why this guy created the time spheres.  Also, explain why he would make them if they can be used for both good and evil.  You'd think he'd take something like that into consideration.

2.  Change the main character's name to something other than Chrono (or Crono).  

That seems like it addresses most or all of the criticism you've received so far.  

On a more positive note, I really like your title screen.  The screen shots you've shown so far also look like they have potential.  Keep it up!

Everyone keeps asking why he made the time spheres.

Well the answer is because... I really dont know myself, I'll have to ask my freind...and do you all think I shoulg get new sprites...they are basically generated ones...and I might change Chrono's name to Seyno,....does anyone have suggestions tho...

Altogether, it sounds good to me. But you could do a little more work on it. And I think changing the name from Chrono to anything would be better, just to, ya know, ripped off. But all in all, I'd play it.

No. That is not good. Understand what I'm trying to say here, I'm not trying to seem like a meanie but unless there is an actual REASON behind the game, it's not gonna work, at least for me.
It sounds like the kind of thing someone has thought about for 30 seconds then decided to make a game. I suggest you get a plan for what you're doing.
