@Ganocide: Use a different type of hair. The Lloyd irving hair doesn't match well with the RTP.

@RPG Noob: Try adding some rocks, flowers, and trees in there, and maybe some patches of grass. Wildlife helps too.

@Skie: Your stuff still looks the same as most of your other stuff.

Yeah, I have been thinking about that, but I guess I was being lazy since I am using Lloid's battle charset and didn't really feel like editing it since I have been doing a lot of that with battle animations. But I do feel the hair stand out quite a bit too much at times plus I believe he is kind of short, too. So I will have to definitely do some editing. Thanks.

RPG noob:  I can also recommend not to make the edges of cliffs and such so even, try to make the shapes as unusual as they come in nature as you can...unless of course there's a reason for you to make it that way, like for example, it's man made, otherwise don't make the edges so perfectly shaped.

If you're using the Lloyd battler, why not use the charset so it matches? ^_^

Thought about it a few times, but I think it would take originality away a little maybe if I can manage to make a "Tall" version of it would be a a better bet, since it's kind of important that my main character is taller than the rest. I guess I will have to try and make a tall Lloid. I also wanted to change his colors to a more darker setting.

A little, add a few more trees, flowers and such, and maybe give it a snowstorm effect. Try making the cliffs look less straight as well.

Thanks I'll have a go at changing the cliffs.  There is a snowstorm effect but you can barely see it from the screenie lol I've changed it to high anyway now.

With all due respect its hard to not mind it when I post for help and advice and get flamed for it by someone who cares more about getting their almighty post count up than actually helping.

'Hard to mind it'?

Aaaanyway, what you need is to make the cliffs on that cave less flat. make 'em more bumpy; add some undulation to its structure, making certain parts jut out and cave in.

The map, though it does have stuff on the ground, needs more variation in its tiles. Try adding streaks of different ground tiles to vary things up.

Finally, I'd suggest getting rid of the animals you added, as it'd ruin the mood of the scene you're trying to depict, I'd imagine. I hope that helps.
