As for North Korea, I believe it's China that is trying to figure out what to do, not Japan - China shares the border with them.

Oh, and the President and Congress do, in fact, have control over the army even today. Even if you write off funding (which you can't really - ever wonder why people are always complaining about they didn't have the funds to put good armor on their vehicles? At least, that was a big news thing a while back.), the fact remains that the President is commander-in-chief of the armed forces.

According to the  War Powers Resolution and  Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution, the President, as "Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States," has the authority to send troops into battle, but requires the approval of Congress to keep those troops there for more than 60 days (90 if he gets an extension). If Congress does not approve of any hostile action (charity missions and such do not come under this requirement, I believe) that the military takes, the military is legally required to withdraw.

Yay for AP Government. Otherwise I'd be ignorant.

No, Congress definitely has the power to order our troops home from Iraq (Part of the War Powers Resolution requires periodic updates and such to Congress).

However, there is hardly any group opinion to just pull out immediately. The new Democrats in Congress have said repeatedly that they are there to discuss new possibilities and several other plans  besides simply withdrawing at once are being proposed and debated. Politics are hardly as clear-cut as party lines would make you think.

Japan is cool I've been there once, I love Down Town Tokyo and this one river place (not a real river) where people were just chilling, selling art and Manga.
Spent most of my money on the hotel, but it was all good baby.

Satanism = Atheism in many ways. It means you do NOT BELIEVE IN A GOD, in fact believing that you are the god and need to worship no one but yourself. The church of satan is NOT satanism. In fact, it is referred to more often as Luciferism or something similar.

Up until this point I was laughing. Emos are NOT manic depressives. I am bipolar, and I know I am not alone on this forum, but I take medications for it. I'm not emo. Hell, most people when they find out that I am bipolar, would never have guessed it. I don't flaunt it, and I don't cry and complain. So **** you. You should go kill yourself. It is a serious emotional disability. Being emo is being grounded and thinkin that they have the worst life in the world. Emo is just really whiny people. Manic depressives is something completely different. Emo's AREN'T depressed, just a bit sad. Who cares if your brothers have it. You haven't felt it. What would they do if they knew you were telling them to kill themselves, because essentially, you are.
