One point you're leaving out is that by having a baby you're changing your life forever- and in some cases, ruining your life.

No-one should have to be burdened with a child if they don't want it. I think the mother's needs should be placed far above the unborn baby's needs, seeing as, even if it is aware, it's only known the inside of a womb and has nothing to look forward to or treasure.

I've always been really really for abortion.

Yes, I know that birth is painful, I do understand that. But what I think is, if a female WILLINGLY HAS SEX, then she should have to deal with the consquences. I'll kill a fly, eat veggies and I love my meat, but that is different, because all animals have to eat, and killing food is a part of that. Killing a fetus is not for food. It's not so much that I'm against the killing, so much as I'm against the fact that we live in a world where people don't think about the consequences. Why do some people have sex without protection? With all the information about STDS and pregnancy in the world, you'd think people would be smarter, but many still do it. [/B]

But people DO USE PROTECTION.  Protection can fail.  It happens all the time.  But if you took the precautions because you understood the risks, thats not fair.  If a condom breaks or birth control fails, it is NOT fair to deny them an abortion.

As for the fetus,  other animals eat their young all the time alive.  We're nothing more than animals with bigger brains who claim to be superior and have a "better" set of morals than the other animals,  yet we're the ones in chaos all the time.  It's not like they're killing them, they die naturally and they eat them.  Different culture.  



..Not to mention the nutrients earned.

I know that people sometimes don't think, but we live in a world where we don't have to live with the consequences of our actions. And even if protection fails, if you have sex, you must be ready to deal with the consequences.

And no, I'm not a virgin, and I've had a pregnancy scare myself, and me and my gf at the time decided that we'd keep the baby, even though we were only 18.

Exactly.  Thats why it exists.  If you're smart enough to say "I love this person and I would like to have sex with them but not without protection," and it fails, you shouldn't have to deal with the consequences.  You make sex sound so bad.  I would say the only time to deny an abortion is if their just freely ****ing anyone that comes their way.  I dont know how they'd check for that, but they better make a way.  But other than that, sex is a very personal thing to most that they save only for people they truly trust.

Yeah, pain's a system the body uses to tell the brain that you're damaged. If a thing doesn't have a brain, or if it doesn't have nerves, then it certainly won't feel pain.
